We dont like to lose, but nothing embarrasing about this loss. Close, hard fought game. They will improve.

We lost to a team that lost to Mercer. Arknasas has beaten two top 10 teams in the past week. I'm sorry, I just don't see this team going anywhere. It doesn't mean I don't think Trent Johnson can coach. He can only coach the talent he's given. LSU's just not that good. Like some of you have said, we don't have a big man. I agree. LSU needs to get big fast, but there's just not a lot of big men out there in louisiana to choose from, and LSU basketball does not recruit well nationally. I'll still pull for the team but I'm not expecting much.

P.S. Just b/c I think our baseball team is overrated (being ranked #1) doesn't mean don't think they'll be good. I just think that a team that loses all of it's starting pitching from the previous year does not deserve to be #1 prior to the start of the next year, especially when the team that beat us twice in Omaha returns its starting pitchers.
