1st. Chairbacks all the down to both foul polls please remove high school aluminum football stands down sides and back.
2nd. You can double up the suite boxes all the way down foul polls where you add the new chairbacks.
3rd. Build bullpen in outfield with some type of windows in outfield wall to see. Get off side of field like your little league, high schools dont even do that.
4th. Remove adds off of outfield wall and have a single color pad. So it doesn't look like a single a ball team in the middle of nowhere.

Go big:
1. Take out the bleachers and extend the roof, suites and chair back seating all the way to the foul poles. This does more than just making it nicer and more comfortable, having those covered will funnel sound back toward the field, making it louder and improving atmosphere.
2. Move the bullpens behind the outfield fences. This will allow you to move the seats closer to the field when you do the renovations mentioned in #1
3.Mixed use complex behind the center field wall and power alleys where that funky lay down yard or whatever that thing is that is there now. Ground level would have shops and restaurants, upper floors, apartment space with balconies facing the stadium. Sort of a mini Wrigleyville set up, complete with bleachers on the roof. Those apartments could command a lot; imagine being able to walk from your front door to Tiger Stadium in the Fall and watch Baseball from your back patio in the Spring. Also, that is one more thing holding the sound in to make the stadium more electric. Between the back of the center field and power alley walls would be just walking space to congregate around that new area. THIS would be your Home Run Village.
4. Berm in Left field between the apartments that blends with the greens spaces/landscaping from the new HRV. Make sure the fans there are close enough to heckle the pitchers in the bullpen and the outfielders.
5.Leave the bleachers behind the right field wall for the bleacher creatures, free to students and, like Wrigley, cater to the insanity with promos and giveaways just for them.

Went to the State and LSU series in 2019 with my dad and brother. Unreal atmosphere. I had goosebumps being in there and the people are amazing as well for the most part. After we took 2/3 from them, a guy was yelling at his mom “THEY JUST AINT BETTER THAN US MAH, THEY GOT LUCKY” and couldn’t hold back my laughter.
