great win. But we need to stop those nasty losses like Missouri. We have a habit of losing bad games like this.

Yeah, I vote for him to be our Sunday starter.

Almost had a heart attack... Emotional rollercoaster on Saturday. I had brought my new lady to the game and she got to see the worst emotional side of me that night.

Just glad we got out with a victory. I'm worried about Martin and Mickey right now...

They both need to toughen up a little. No way we should have gotten killed on the glass like we did.

We aren't playing McNeese State anymore. Just ask Bridgewater.

Mickey will be fine. He was a lot more of his normal self against UGA. Martin, I don't know. He seems to mostly score on fast break dunks and free throws. Can't count on that consistently.

I made this point in the game thread, we have too many guys jumping for blocked shots and nobody blocking out. Everytime we get beat into the lane with a drive, Mickey runs over to block the shot and we have opponents standing under the goal to get the easy put backs.

The refs called a very "interesting" game on Saturday. They didn't call a lot of things, yet called other things softly. It was tough to really understand how they wanted the game to be played. Either way, both were out physicaled. Mickey was able to get his point, but Martin never recovered.

Yeah the refs definitely left a lot to be desired. Called a lot of handcheck stuff but let a lot of action go on under the basket with no whistle.

That's not a regulation rubber. Could hurt his rhythm.

And don't even get me started on the toughness of his boots seriously hurting his follow through...

Looks like he is leaning back slightly, possibly causing a loss of balance. If not corrected that could lead to him flying open on his front side and instead of hitting his low and inside target (in the photo) he might miss armside high and plunk the batter on the shoulder. To correct this fault, he might try to slightly close his front shoulder on his leg lift which will keep him from falling back and losing his balance.
