She gets her kids to start cheers, that's fine. But holy hell I sat a few rows in front of her once...never again. I bet those two could shut down a few buffets. Some of the yelling and stomping doesn't even make sense and it's at random times of the game 
ETA: It's been a while...she may be ginger as well...I'm sure she is...she's hard to not notice with all the yelling and bleachers shaking
