Can't force it like that. It may be a dark horse who presents herself some time before SEC play. Think of her as the closer. A few contenders to start until someone separates from the pack.

Building is way down the road. But land doesn't get cheaper and they don't make more of it. I've been looking for the right piece for about a year now. We'll probably have to wait about 5 years to save up enough money to do exactly what we want. We've only been where we're at for 3 years. It's just a starter home, but still a good place with good schools and decent amount of room if we have to stay longer than planned.

I hear you...the wife and I kind of skipped the starter home phase. been doing the condo life the past 5 years.
