Eyepooted, if you asked me 15 years ago I could have told you the after-midnight spots in ATL. These days I try to be out of the city limits before sundown. For after-midnight on a Thursday night, most places are going to be clubs and gay bars and whatnot.
You might like Highlander, its near where you are staying, open late with a menu, plenty of drunks but mostly well behaved folk.

Fairly easy straight shot down I-20 East you’ll be in downtown in no time. This is Atlanta so traffic can be an arse no matter what time lol I’ll be watching the game on my big screen in my big recliner smashing down some booze with my LSU flag waving proud outside nextdoor to my UGA alum neighbor

Liar. I live 5 miles from heart (such that it is) of downtown and it takes me longer than that these days even outside rush hours.

If you have a car and want to setup a tailgate the hobby lobby larking lot is large grassy area right outside the stadium that allows tailgating I believe.

You must live under the I20 on ramp and drive only at 3am.
I just Google mapped Douglasville to my old office building (191 Peachtree) and at 10:35 it says over 30mins.
These days I can't even get to any interstate from my house in under 20 mins. Miserable.
My record from my house to 191 was 12 mins and that was 10 years ago at 6am hitting everything perfectly. I haven't come close to that in ages. In town traffic has gotten miz
