LSU bar - Detroit Area

I’ve got an old timer friend spending the weekend in Detroit. He’s planning on watching the game tomorrow night at his hotel bar. I told him I’d get on here and ask the question for him.
Is there a place in Detroit he can go to watch the Bama game with like minded tiger fans?

There used to be a place in Detroit called Tiger Stadium.

I've never heard of one in Detroit...I'd check around for a high speed sports bar and make a few phone calls

I live in the Detroit area and haven't really found an LSU bar like I have in other cities. Assuming he's downtown, I would try Anchor Bar or the Detroiter Bar. I know we're the highlight game Saturday night, but I would definitely be concerned about the Michigan-Purdue game taking up most of the TVs. I haven't been to the MGM Grand, but I think there's a couple bars in there that are very popular for games. Since it's a betting hotspot, they will 100% have the LSU game on a big screen. There's also Harry's which is right next to Little Caesar's Arena. It will likely be packed since there's a Red Wings home game Saturday night, but it's a great sports bar. Hope he has a great time here regardless

Not really safe to do that.

The Doll House near the airport has lots to look at and they will cheer for whatever you want! Really good ham and cheese sandwiches too!
