The location is still there though and Chimy's is much bigger than the old Dennys/Deluxe Diner.

You're really not in town out there. You're in the suburb of Wellborn. There's a large Water Tower with Wellborn on it around that area.

Yes, Rock Prairie Exit is clear as day and right by the new Hospital that is being built on your right coming in.
