The strike zone Braun got was not what UGA hitters got

Their catcher helps the pitcher. Our catcher is awful at getting strike calls.

Why was this overwhelmingly downvoted?

Guidry was solid in 2023. In 2024, he had a 2.59 ERA and struck out 36 batters in 24 innings. Nothing I said was incorrect or even biased.

Are you people just that miserable?

Dude. He's come in during some tight spots this year and has not delivered squat. Sucks

Other than an uptick in velocity, I haven’t seen any real improvement in Schmidt from Feb to now; certainly not in his off-speed command.

The thumb on the scale in tight games has become obvious, SEC.

Schmidt is mentally soft. He should have taken the $$$ out of HS.

Lets say for a moment he didnt. This is happened way to much this season in huge situations where pitches are being piped. Maybe only a pitching coach would understand. Its gone on all season and never corrected? I think not.

Yeskie called a pipe shot on that pitch and several ones all season. Like I said we have like 10ks and gave up 11 runs. We throwing to many meatballs up there. Whose fault is that?

That doesn’t mean he sucked those two season. He’s having a bad season, but it’s not inline with what he did in 23 and 24. Not even close.

Sheerin was the right call. Didn't work

I didn't hate the move, but think Sheerin has been at his best this year in the back end of games for 1-2 innings. It may have been asking him to go 3+ and 50 pitches. He's done it once or twice, but maybe not his strength?
