Pretty sure he got the #2 class last year depending on who you pay attention to. The problem is if you go after 1st round draft choices, it's a pretty good bet they're going straight to the pros out of high school :smokelavell:

recruiting has actully been stellar, but losing them to the MLB draft has been the killer...just saying!

his poor decision to sign a class full of early round draft picks in 2009 and lose the majority of them is biting him hard this season .. we're starting two freshman pitchers in weekend SEC games .. that class should be your nucleus this season and obviously, it's not .. turtle thomas did the same shite year in and year out and ran the program down .. maineri should have known better .. this is on him ..

he has to address the assistant coaching situation in the off season before someone tells him to do it ... he needs a REAL pitching coach and a REAL hitting coach .. it is obvious that sanchez didn't bother to adjust his approach to our hitting game based on the bat changes .. we have been playing catch up all season long in the bunting game and had it cost us early on ... you just can't play for the big inning anymore .. baserunners in scoring position are precious and you can't keep stranding them ..
