Where did I say it was bad? The only thing I worry about is if he did wholesale changes i.e changing an entire unit, like the secondary. I also don't want him to take the foot off the gas, this team needs to find that cutthroat mentality.
But yes, working in players is a must. Heck they might be better than some of the starters/veterans.

a qb that doesnt lose a game is great for teams like boise state that never plays a juggernaut...
but at some point a QB has to step up, say that he aint gonna take it no more and sling the ball around with the confidence that he is the best player on the field and no one can stop him.
