I think you are right on the number of minutes for Penn-Johnson.

But I think Gray only sees his minutes in non-conference play and against lesser opponents in order to try and develop him some. By conference, I don't think you see him at all unless he is just absolutely needed based on opponent and foul trouble for others.

However, I could see a scenario where if he doesn't at all look ready in preseason practices that Wade may try to give him a red-shirt year.
