One question: if we sucked b/c our line was bad, but there were bigger and better players on the bench, why didn't those bigger and better players play instead of the small sucky guys?

and newsflash, you'd be crazy not to want to be in "Florida's shoes" right now.

11-1!

Miles couldnt even get through 2006 or 2007 with just a single loss, and those were two of the best LSU rosters ever.

Miles loyalty gets in the way of his coaching. I love the class he shows, but i dont care what year someone is in, you play the best player. Not to mention the lack of discipline on the field. There is no strong coaching

Hitt was not the issue on the line this year...
He was a 3 year starter in SEC not on accident

Why did Miles have loyalty for Josh D? He's a first year starter and a freaking tackle playing guard. Yep, its all about loyalty

miles has no choice but to get it together.he gets paid 3.7 mill for it.he doesnt get that for 4 and 5 loss seasons.

It's less about loyalty and more about Miles inability to consistently produce decent offensive linemen.

tigermike2004 I just saw Home Depot has some knee pads on sale. You should probably pick up some baby wipes too. You know miles wouldn't want want a mess under desk.

He is about loyalty. But on top of that none of out coaches utilized the talent on offense. It's like another poster said, the offense showed no improvement from first to last game. Don't see how any of you can defend the coaching

Why does Miles have to get his shite together? He likely could care less if the team wins anymore. Even if LSU goes 9-3 or 10-2 next year, he won't get extended. LSU will likely be wise to force him to sign a new contract at a lower salary if he shows success. I really don't see him getting an extension if he only wins 9 games next year.

If anything, he's best to let Crowton coach his way out of a job and then he'll collect $7.5M to walk since he'll be fired without cause unless he does something utterly stupid.

Miles did what apparently he had to and is guaranteed a total of $11.25 Million over the next 3-6 years no matter what he does.

miles will be gone at the end of next year.......if he is smart he leaves for a job now

I really agree. I get so depressed coming on the rant and start to think my team is a joke. I never TRULY thought that all season.

Will people stop responding to me while quoting other posters for their stupid comments?

Ironically I predicted 7-5 too, but we could go 11-1.
