I guess they feel she gives us more of a score boost on floor because vault is much less taxing on her than floor. I know you can easily land short or twist a knee on vault but Lexie typically completes her flips and twists quite easily on vault. She could throw a double if she really wanted to. Floor is weak for us this year so I guess they think she can help us maximize our score there better than on vault.

This makes me think Cannamela will do a full. If she sticks it is a solid 9.875 or better and her 1.5 has not scored above that yet.

Probable overthinking it, but I noticed Cannamela is vaulting after Ruby and Edwards this time. That is not normal. Maybe they want to see if we have hit those previous 1.5s to see what she goes for. If Edwards and Harrold hit, not our most consistent vaulters as far as landings, then they may risk the 1.5 on Cannamela.

Harrold falls. Got to overcome that. Happened last year on two events and the girls rallied.

Not a bad vault rotation but again, don't have the sticks on those 1.5s that we need. Cannamela should have scored above Finnegan from what I could see.

49.400 definitely better than what we normally score but LSU needs to nail bars and amp up the pressure on Florida

Pretty good sign given we just did our weakest event and they did their best.

Bama may be in the lead after that beam rotation.
