Why would I be butthurt over a LSU player that gave his all at LSU and helped LSU win big games? I've been on record saying I wanted JLee to start in 2011, but that doesn't mean I can't see he wasn't that good of a qb.
Also Knowing HS football is not the same as CFB. Not even close.
ETA: JLee gave more to LSU football than I or you ever will. Same as JJ. Ill never hate a tiger.

LSU fans don't start dreaming about Matt turn ing ankle and Jennings step ing and being Manzel, Manzel was a redshirt freshman last year not a freshman , jennings has to learn the LSU offense first!

Tool, I'd say he's more comparable to JJ on foot speed. Maybe Marcus Randall. He's just so fluid. Make no mistake, his IS first and foremost a pocket QB. Touch, poise, reads are his strong suits. Arm is def above average. Even caught a TD or 2 his Sr. Season. Marietta plays in a pretty tough region/classification. I'm interested to follow his career (for obvious reasons) along with Brice Ramsey's (UGA). Ramsey was the unanimous top QB in the peach state in 2012. It will be interesting down the road to see which team made the "better pick". Jennings was kinda like the "Brandon Harris" of 2012 in Ga. Went to camps and blew up. Won the MVP of the Elite camp against 85 other qb's from this region. That includes the aforementioned Ramsey. Jennings was a hot commodity after Miles jumped on board. Great scouting by our guys.
