LSU / South Alabama tickets pulled on Stubhub

Buyers would have been reimbursed anyway, stubhub is very buyer-friendly.

What happnes if you got it through LSU? Will it be transferred to the Florida game just to pay the balance of the ticket?

Also what about people that sold South Alabama? Since that's not the opponent is that sale canceled?

i bought 13 tickets for the S Alabama game off stub hub. Already printed the tickets out and have in hand. I chatted with Stub Hub and they were not much help as they didn't know anything currently. I called the LSU ticket office and was told they will honor the tickets I got from StubHub originally for the S Alabama game for the Florida game.
Awesome if true, i just don't know if that is correct.

Interesting situation. Last year for McNeese buyers were refunded. Which was cut and dry since there was no make up. I would have to assume people that hold tix for the one Gainesville will get a refund. But for Baton Rouge the tix sold were for vs South Alabama and not Florida. That changes the value of the ticket and isn't really the same event.

On the phone with Stub Hub now. I sold 14 tickets to South Alabama but the value is different and the tickets were not sold as Florida tickets. Worse case scenario is the seller ahs to reimburse the 40%. No way these tickets are going to be used by the buyer to go to the Florida game.

Yes - Call LSU Ticket office. They said the South Tickets will be used for the Florida game. They are not changing the costs or reissuing tickets.

I got hurt the other way. We live on a tight budget this year due to the economy and had promised our daughter her first game in Tiger Stadium this year for the South Alabama game. She is 4, so we wanted to make sure it wasn't a high dollar ticket because we have no clue how long she will last at the game after being on campus all day.
One of my clients offered me their 4 tickets to the South Alabama game because they don't make the trips down for "rent a wins". (we live around Shreveport) Well, as you would expect those tickets are now off the table and ticket prices on Stubhub have now tripled.
In three days I've had to tell my daughter about Mike VI and tell her she will have to wait until next year to go to her first game.

Now the LSU Tigers will play the Florida Gators on November 19 in Baton Rouge.
The tickets with the original opponent name will be valid for the updated opponent. We are working closely with the team at LSU and have confirmed the original tickets will be honored.
