Joseph Addai
Michael Clayton
Randall Gay
Marquise Hill
Chad Lavalais
Marcus Spears
Corey Webster
Ben Wilkerson
The 2001 team was as talented if not more so than the 2005 team.

Y'all are seriously some miserable fricks. Enjoy life people and stop getting so upset over 18-22 year old boys. I love LSU as much as anyone out there, but it won't make me lose sleep or get angry.

To this day i dont know how we lost 3 games while playing in a far easier SEC than now.
We had Bradie James, Trev Faulk, Eric Alexander, and Lionel Turner at LB.
Spears, Hill, Lavalais, Howard Green,Jarvis Green, and Kendrick Allen
on the DLINE.
Corey Webster,Ryan Clark,Travis Daniels,Hunt in the secondary
Michael Clayton, Josh Reed, devery henderson and eddie royal as receiving threats.
Addai, Domanick Davis, and Labrandon Toefield in the back field.
And ,IMO, the 3rd best qb in lsu(Rohan Davey)
So stacked.

These are names to fap to:
Lange, Fournette, Simmons
Alone each of those players are arguably the best players in their sport. Collectively, there is no other ncaa team with an all-star of that caliber in all three major sports. It's fair to expect that we would win at least one SEC championship in at least one of these sports. Still have one more year with each so I'm holding out hope (including the finish of this basketball season w/ Ben of course, anything can happen). Would be disappointing to not win anything in this era of LSU greats though.

People would still be bitching if we had won that game.
I dont think so. That game did some serious psychological damage to folks in these parts.

you do realize lsu has won things right? since 2000
1 final four.
2 bcs titles. played for another.
2 cws titles. played in 5 more.
This. This thread is dumb. We're not the only school who gets talent

One player doesn't win championships unless you're a quarterback

God LSU fans are getting to be annoying. They are so spoiled that they assume they should win every year or win as much as Bama.
Agree
