Good aggression by JM. When he learns to jump of the dribble he will be so much better. Very strange that he can't do this naturally.

Yea you can teach them how to dribble penetrate, Hickey is a quick point guard. teach him to at least attack the free throw elbow and if no one comes over go all the way to the lane.
I have an issue with the offense we are running though with mickey always getting the ball above the 3 point line to start our offense

If you have a problem with the fast break 3, I understand that but its just part of the college game now with either layup or 3 mentality...fast breaks are lost on us.
But when the ball is going inside and kicked out from the double team I dont mind the open 3 on set defenses. We can't hit a 15 footer and with a sagging defense a 3 will eventually open up lanes.
