"“Bench JJ!” you said. “Start Lee!” Never mind that if he benches JJ, he gouges his confidence completely and irrevocably; and then we have Lee, and no back up. Instead, Les rotates him in the game…Lee and the team respond. Playmakers catch the ball, the OL is a wall. Maybe Les knows something we don’t about QB confidence."
