Their incident video is absent of the bodycam video of the trooper directing the witness to lie

I didn't see that part in the lawyer video, but people need to understand that the lawyer is building a case to clear Lacy. He will leave out bits and pieces that would make it seem otherwise. The DA and LSP are building a case to attempt to prove who they believed committed a crime.
It is also not uncommon at all for law enforcement to write a statement for a victim and/or witness when that person is injured, incapable of articulating well, or just not smart enough to do it. You hand a large portion of the population a statement and let them get to writing then you come up with some ridiculous stuff that serves no purpose. So, yes in a lot of cases the officer will ask questions (usually already framed in what he believed happened) and write it from their words. Then the statement will say, "written by (officers name) as told by (victim/witnesses name) and then signed by the witness.

I watched the whole video. The trooper’s body cam video talking to the witness about his statement looks very bad for LSO. He tells the witness what to write, implicating Lacy, but the witness says that he wasn’t the cause; that the driver behind him caused the accident.
Then the trooper’s body cam is turned off. The statement in the record says what the trooper wanted, and the witness refused to sign. That’s very suspicious to me.
