Remove LSU Football from this equation and Lacy is just another selfish thug. Actually, with LSU Football he was a self centered, attention seeking jerk

Why are you defending Funyuns?

Her story changed.

Lacy doesn’t get off the hook because someone else was ALSO negligent.

But LSP let her off the hook for one of her actions.

They changed following too close to crossing center line. Both actions contributed to her part of the accident.

I’m not sure how saying they’re both culpable is defending her.

Sounds like they determined Lacy was more at fault.

You were talking about tunnel vision and stressful situations.

All she can see following too close/gaining speed on a full sized pickup truck is the tailgate. You can't see around it and should never hard left.

She didn't try to stop or make adjustments until it was too late and she was going tonrear end the truck.. It doesn't matter why gold truck had slowed down. What matters is her distracted Funyuns in her lap driving.

More than one thing can be true at the same time. In all of KL's driving maneuvers he didn't hit anyone. I only believe that he was overcharged with the felony and negligent homicide. I never said he wasn't driving stupid.

Because it’s a real thing.

You don’t know this.

Saying it doesn’t matter why the truck slowed down and pulled off the road is objectively stupid.

So Lacy is culpable.

Got it.

Your field of vision is wider the further back you are from a truck's tailgate.
Of course you can see wider the further back you are but it doesn't make the bigger truck in front of you made of glass. And it doesn't matter how far back you are, you aren't going to see what's directly in front of that truck.

If you're 100' behind someone you should be able to see past the truck if there is oncoming traffic. I wasn't saying she should see directly in front of the truck heading in same direction.
