Go look at his 247 profile kid. He was a dual threat coming out. He posses the ability to beat defenses with his legs hence his ability to be successful in Malzahns scheme
Look at his recruiting profile instead of what he's actually done in college. Got it.

Tua caught Georgia off guard or else Georgia's coach would be Lord in Athens right now. It was a great adjustment by Saban at halftime, something Miles would never do. Georgia's defense was geared towards stopping Hurts, but totally caught with their pants down in stopping Tua and paid the price. Plus, that last throw to seal the deal was against a CB for them that was getting abused in the second half, and the safety should have been there over the top to help him.
With Lsu, the bottom line to me is experience, and all of them need it, big time game experience. To quote AI "We talking about practice" Lol, and this is all that this is. The first few games of the season will be crucial for them in getting comfortable in playing big time college football. But the main thing I'm concerned about right now is what kind of offense will Ensminger run. He claims it will be wide open, but I don't know. To me Brennan needs to be in a quick passing and no huddle, with WR's running short routes type of scheme where he can get comfortable. Going over the top on the defense when it calls for with the long ball. LN in the spread where he can use his unique skills in running and passing. They both need to get comfortable early and as soon as possible, don't complicate shite, keep it simple.

Being a dual threat doesn’t mean u run for 1,000 yards per season. He also had 103 attempts but he isn’t a dual threat. He also had just as many rushing TDs in a season as Russel Wilson did at NC State who also had 103 attempts that year. Oh and Jacoby Brissett too. Oh I forgot about Jamies in his best year he had only 219 yards with 4tds.

The word "threat" has to apply at some point if you're going to use it. A QB who runs for 153 yards and 4 TDs in 13 games isn't a threat running the ball.

Yeah, he just needs to get comfortable in playing, man, they all do even McMillan because none of them have real game experience for a long period of time. Etling has gotten most of the snaps the last 2 seasons. Narcisse hasn't played in awhile because of his injuries and this isn't high school ball anymore where he can dominate against lesser, smaller players. He'll be getting hit by the big boys now, and so you want him to get as comfortable in playing as soon as possible. Don't complicate shite if I was Ensminger, let him run a spread like he did in HS where he can throw quick passes to hopefully wide open receivers or take off and run if the pass isn't there. Just so he can get used to big time college ball and start getting into a rhythm.

Just read through the thread. There are more than 5 posters in it that have stated they want Narcisse to start because he can run.
ETA: Your stance seems to be that if you want a pocket passer you're "against" a dual threat. On the film side, if you want a dual threat you aren't "against" a pocket passer.
The flaw in that logic is pretty obvious.

Can you point to a single post saying they shouldn't recruit a dual threat?

Go check the Recruting Board it’s been said plenty

Why would I go check another board for something someone else is claiming?
ETA: Especially when I'm not even arguing that no one has ever claimed LSU should not recruit dual threat QBs. What I'm arguing is claiming that wanting a pocket passer means you're "against" dual threats, but no one who wants a dual threat is "against" a pocket passer.
Again, the flaw in that logic is painfully obvious.

I never said wanting a pocket passer means being against dual threat. I’m referring to the GRoup that don’t want LSU recruiting dual threats because they claim they are inaccurate, can’t read defenses, etc. That all dual threat QBs at LSU are the same. If you have been on this board long enough you should know the type I speak of. You may be one of them.
I don’t care which style QB starts at LSU and have never expressed a preference. I prefer a game winning QB who can put the team on his back. The most recent QB in college football that fits that description is Deshaun Watson, who just happened to have been a dual threat. I would be just as happy with Penn State’s QB McSorley, who I believe is a pocket passer. However I guarantee those I speak of wouldn’t have wanted Watson as LSU’s starting QB. Semjackass (BRAVEHEART) is a perfect example of that group. And that group is not small.

This isn't the problem.

There is no alternative group of LSU fans who are against LSU having a “pocket passer” at QB.
This is the problem. This thread alone proves this sentiment to be false.

Mett in 2013, by a fairly wide margin. Etling in 2017 and Jefferson in 2009 are the next two in line.

Why are you asking me what the problem is? I haven't said anything negative about any of the QBs.
