Love this team, but we gotta start hitting some 3’s

It’s going to be really important in the postseason to have a deep threat. But this team is awesome, and I love the way they crash the boards on offense.

We need to stop shooting 3’s and attack the paint again. 24/36 first half points were in the paint, keep attacking.

Seems like teams that play zone and force us to shoot the 3 or the deep outside basket will have the best chance to beat us.

LSU has been terrible in this game...Good thing A&M has been just as bad!

He’s only shooting 33% from three this year, so it’s not like he’s lighting the world on fire. OP is right, we need to at least be able to shoot teams out the zone.

Mays is not our answer from 3. Waters is great, but we need one more consistent threat from 3.

We have to play to our strengths, when teams play zone against us we have to attack it and not just take lazy 3's. The 06 team was a bad 3 point shooting team but they didn't force 3's that is what we have to get better at.

Not gonna happen because we aren’t gonna take many . The O is what it is. Drive to the rim throw it up, rebound , shoot free throws. You can’t crash the boards on 3’s. Great % of long rebounds takes away a major strength for us. Make a few key ones and hope it’s enough along with garbage buckets and FT’s . I like our odds.

We should only shoot them when they are set shot wide open look. Other than that, percentages inside are too good to be attempting any sort of contested 3.
