This is our first chance to actually judge Kiffin on his job as LSU HC but I’m confident in his ability to get players from the portal and keep the new assistants just as focused on LSUs recruiting as they are on their semifinal playoff game.

He has been impressive in his ability to judge talent in the portal. That is only half of it though. The other half is getting them to buy in and play together as a team. I feel like he has assembled a top tier assistant coaching staff to accomplish that. Time will tell if that is a correct assumption. Success is very dependent on getting the right fit. Good thing for me as I am not into internet gambling, as I felt sure that it would be Ohio State vs Georgia in the championship game.! I obviously don't know jack.

LSU is going to have a top 5 class strictly based on the number of players we need and the amount of money we have to spend. Nobody will really be able to judge anything until games are played
