Looking for serious tailgaters living in Monroe area

Bringing a high school baseball team from Baton Rouge to Monroe this weekend for the Trey Alick tournament. We intended to bring a motor home and cook breakfast every day as well as have snacks for the team and parents. Due to Mardi Gras commitments we don't have access to the motor homes that we intended to bring. Wondering if someone from Monroe area that is really into tailgating woud allow a group of Dad's to use your equipment to provide the breakfast and snack service to our group. We would be happy to have you join us but we would assume all the dirty work and clean up when done. Any ideas?
