Don't blame those at the Chronicle. Those guys can't go to the rest rooms without written consent from the bosses at Hearst Corp. Nothing published in that joke is written by the locals. Fact is that most of the staff is from places other than Texas so they don't know the Texas Aggies from Manchester United. Seriously. It gets worse every day. They have no clue yet that Hillary Clinton is not going to the White House any time soon and their bosses in NYC won't tell them just yet. Houston Chronicle? HUGE joke.
