Locker may be the most overhyped QB in a decade, people on this site continues to perpetuate the myths of Locker. He consistently overthrows open receivers and if you look at his stats, he is not very effective as a passer. Who knows how he would do on a better team but lesser teams have produced NFL QB's, and Locker has nowhere near NFL talent at the position.
Locker isn't Juice Williams much less Tim Tebow.
