Familiar looking ole chap. Look like an actor that I can't quite place right now.

Thanks, everyone. Believe it or not, that's the first time I've actually been inside Tiger Stadium since the upper east deck was built. I've been away far too long.

I think your photo was more than my old computer could handle. And I had so many good one-liners prepared to use with it, now all I can do is wonder.

OK, I'm not quite sure what that means -- sorry for destroying your computer?

I think he was just messing with you saying you were old.

Happy Birthday to you. Congrats on your visit. LSU fans love you.

Not your problem, the photo doesn't work, and the old computer is because I'm cheap. Glad you had a great time, was going to say something about how you sounded taller doing "PBP"..

Great story.
I did the same tour a few months ago and it was great. Have you ever seen as much construction going on in and around Tiger Stadium? It's really incredible and gives me something else to look at on my way to class in the mornings.

Yes, the construction is incredible. I don't think they're going to stop until they've paved over every blade of grass within a mile of the stadium. I'm surprised there are still trees around there.

Thanks for sharing such a wonderful story. I am so happy you were able to do that. The time you devote to doing all of those play-by-plays during the season has got to take it's toll on you at times. I look forward to them every game. This tour was well deserved. I have not been in Tiger Stadium since 1993 ( sounds similar to you ). What a surreal experience it must have been to go back. I told my wife what your wife did- perhaps it'll inspire her one day :)

Yes, you definitely need to do this. I think every Tiger fan needs to experience this. The behind-the-scenes stuff is probably ho-hum to players and coaches and staff, but for us fans who never get to see it, it's truly a moving experience.

The gang also took pictures of me slapping the WIN bar, but they're in someone else's camera. We also hoisted my granddaughters (future cheerleaders) up there to slap it. They weren't as impressed as I was.

Since every thread is better with pictures and you mentioned the east upper deck, here it is from the north endzone:

Happy Birthday, Rabbit. From an out of towner, thanks for all of the PBP this year.

When you get to tour the Box be sure to bring them a signed and framed RMJ portrait.
