Sure. The punishment from Miles is based on the extent of legal troubles Hill has facing him as well how Miles views Hill's version of events that lead to the punch.
If the punch results in the guy having permanent damage, more legal troubles are present, more severe punishment from LSU.

Exactly. I mentioned this earlier and nobody seems to comprehend how LUCKY Hill is that that punch didn't land...he could have done some serious damage to that dude and really be fricked right now.

Well regardless who started the fight...the big guy had just got knocked down and just got back to his feet. Hill runs up and pops him and then another guy hits the same guy as well. That is a plain cowardice act. If you can't see that then you're blind.
Hill was already on probation and didn't think about his team, or career by getting involved in a fight when he should have walked away. If I was Les Miles, his arse would be long gone.
