So if A is fighting B, it's fair game for any motherfricker to run up and lay out either one? And they should have expected it too? How fricking stupid are you?

Ummmmm, in a bar parking lot in a druken brawl you ALWAYS expect to get hit from behind. I've only been in one my entire life and I was the guy that only got involved if someone tried to sneak up from behind.

And if an LSU player does it, they should be disciplined and if that player has repeat criminal offenses, he should probably be kicked off the team.
Agreed.

I won't root against Hill when he's running for TDs this season, but in all reality, he needs a lengthy suspension or simply booted.

A isn't fighting B. being that I can see 3 guys in the fight before Hill gets a shot

What hood? I'm just pulling from my experiences in Tigerland. That good enough for you?
R
The best shot I ever saw, my roommate had just got off the ground, the dude who hit him was talking shite looking at me and my roomie KO'd him from the side. Later in the fight (7 in fight me + 2 and 4 of them) one of them hit me in the back with a jack handle. Never saw it coming but I didn't call the cops. And Wait for it. In Tigerland

Attempted murder is a less serious charge than murder, numb nuts, so obviously damage makes the punishment more severe than the intent.
Wow.

I can't fix stupid.

So if Hill shoots a gun at the victim instead of punching him, but the bullet misses and he's charged with attempted murder - the damage is underlying reason for the charge.

WTF. I swear some people are fricking idiots.

And that excuses the person who threw the punch? Lot of rapists on the Rant.

It's just not kick off the team material.

This event alone, probably not. But the fact he was on probation already changes that.

You're fricking blind. Keep trying. Make your brain work. Make it. You can do it. SEE the guy in the red shirt and khakis fighting him at the beginning. SEE Hill and the other dude waking up from a good distance away. SEE Hill run up behind, come up to the side and blindside the dude.

The guy he hits is a participant in the fight. Getting hit follows. Not sure why you keep brining up rape. Did you get raped? I'm sorry if so. Just not equivalent to a fight

I guess that one guy ripped his own shirt. Sorry man you don't know what you're talking about. Surely you've seen a brawl if you're a jar head

I don't know what happen before this, but he cold cocked the guy. He has a full ride to a major school with possibly a NFL career.

He should be off the team for at least the reminder of the year. Too many of these people are getting off easy. You just can't have this happening every year.

The judge should give LSU a chance to handle this correctly and if that doesn't happen 6 months house arrest with no privileges.

What a coward to sucker punch a man that just got up from being knocked out. A real man. Les should kick his arse off the team. We don't need trash like that.

You're not following along too well, of course different "intents" are more serious. I wasn't making the point that intent with no damage isn't a crime, instead I was pointing out that the damage associated with that intent determines the severity of the crime.

Hill's intent was to punch the guy. Little damage means less serious punishment. If that punch would have caused serious damage then there are more serious charges an punishment.

You're reading comprehension needs some work.

You do know there are different levels of battery that are determined solely on the amount of damage inflicted. All battery charges have the same intent, but not the same punishment.

Now the guy that apparently bullies people on a regular basis is a real man. Lol.

He's drunk and stupid and started a fight. Not to mention he's too dumb to stay down

Really don't care about the other participants. only the one who ran up from behind and threw the punch. I'm not surprised at those who try their best to justify it though.

He fricked up.
