This is completely untrue and continues to be repeated. The guy was actively in a fight stands up and continues to engage the two guys hes in a fight with. Hill then runs up.
I am in no way trying to justify hills involvement by saying this. It is just something that has annoyed me.

I understand what he was finally sentenced on, but every account out there says "forced." These things are usually reduced particularly for first time youthful offenders.
I don't know what he did, but some people were not believing that aspect of the original accusation. It's all over the place, you don't have to search hard to find it.
If he'll stay straight for a couple more years he can put it behind him. People do stupid things in their youth, he can recover. He's not helping his own cause though.

Phew yes I watched it. Just read back through my posts. It's a fight he hit a guy. Wow so thug. It's ok if you've never been involved in a big fight.

He didn't look offended or upset. I heard Hill was upset about something racial that was said. He was smiling and laughing after the sucker punch. The video is not as violent as I thought but makes Hill look really bad.

I would be very disappointed if he sees the field again.

Those who are shocked and appalled by this video have not spent much time outside of a bar on a weekend night.
Should he have punched the guy? No
Was it a cheap shot? Likely
But 54 seconds of video doesn't tell the entire story. Punishment is appropriate for his bad decision, but wrecking his career does no one any good. A two game suspension would be appropriate.

Let's reverse rolls. Jeremy Hill is the one staggering, homeboy who's like 15 yards back, gets a RUNNING START and sucker punches him. Are you in here saying the same thing? Or are you in here wanting the head of the guy that punched our RB like a pussy?

In the minority here, but also old enough to probably be the father of 99% of the posters in this thread, I would permanently remove him from the team. This type of behavior is not needed on LSU athletic teams.
