Bar fights happen. At least JJ (allegedly) put the douche on the ground in the first place. Hill got sloppy seconds or thirds and still resorted to sneaking the guy and did a bad job connecting anyway. Maybe we just caught him on a bad night. I wish I hadn't seen the vid.

This, IMO, is what happened.
Orange shorts and the other dude get in fight, which explains orange shorts' ripped shirt.
Fight ends and/or orange shorts gets his arse kicked.
Orange shorts runs to his buddy, Hill. He tells Hill what happened and MAYBE even tells Hill the dude called him (Hill) a derogatory name. This, in Hill's mind, gives him a reason to get involved
Orange shorts and Hill scheme to KO the dude
Hill, who is a good distance away, sneaks up on dude and
Dude was probably not expecting it, hence not even looking behind. Orange shorts proceeds to put the nail in the coffin by KO'ing dude who was still in a state of shock from an unexpected hit by Hill

Where does accountability for your actions come into play? If I were on probation and got into a bar fight and was arrested I wouldn't have my job much less have my job if I were put on probation.

He's being held accountable. What more do you want done to him? Will kicking him off the team really teach him a lesson? All he'll do is transfer to SLU or McNeese and be in the NFL in a year.

these people are idiots. They are judging a guy when they don't even know what happened.
Lets say i went up and punched a guy, someone catches a video off it and people call me a thug. What that video doesn't show is the guy i punched dumping a beer on head 30 seconds prior to that.
