I went to Dale Brown's bball camp every year from 86-91 and he used to preach the best way to make any bball team is to make free throws. His philosophy worked for me in high school, not so much when I tried to walk on at LSU.

He's a preferred walk-on. Great shooter. He wasn't chosen as a favor to anyone, and his dad is not a big booster. He won't play any meaningful minutes, but he's a good kid to have on the team.
