"It's not what you know it's what you can prove". Why would Wade say "don't judge until all the evidence is in".Why say anything at all if he didn't know what's more on the tape. I read earlier that the Smart family already met with administration and denied any wrongdoing if satisfied Smart should be playing from Friday on through the NCAA tournament.
Never should've suspended Wade just let it play out. Heard it's over 30 teams being looked at, the NCAA IMO will not do much with so many teams involved just revise how the system is structured going forward.

Why do you keep asking this?

He said it, because people are rushing to judgment..

Unless this is the point you are making?

Obviously he is comfortable enough making this statement. This is a good thing, IMO.

^^^ Yep. That’s from Training Day. ^^^

Personally I think THIS Training Day quote sums up the situation better.

“It’s not about what you did. It’s about what people say that you did after you’re gone.”

I forget the name of the movie that’s from.

Don't all people "I'm not guilty". How many folks who are charged, come out and say "you got me. I did it. Lock me up"?

Maybe there are mitigating circumstances. Maybe it was all taken out of context. Maybe he is ultimately vindicated. Regardless, the optics are really bad for LSU.

Based on the media reports and Wades refusal to meet with his bosses, LSU was put in a Catch 22. If they do nothing and another shoe drops they look like they had "lack of institutional control" or were oblivious to alleged cheating.

This is on Wade not Alleva. He put us between a rock and a hard place.
