I don't see how Simon is getting all this hype to leave early

Hes not. He is engaged and has a daughter on the way. he is also 6'4 cb. He will be given a chance. Some of the decisions are not if they are ready or not, some do it for family reasons.

Loston played in the Under Armour all star game with Shepard, but I believe he was redshirted.

Reid is more like a 2nd rounder right now. Depends what factors are involved in his decision.

If every decision was made solely on draft status and being a 1st rounder, your sure bets are M and M IMO.

I didnt either, i was just passing along info i got. Becuase i def thought he should stay as well, but other things influence decisions. I could understand wanting to get paid when you are starting a family. Even the league minimum is more than most make. I would think he would get more than that.

If Reid & Simon jet off for the pros after this season that would leave our secondary very young.

I think we lose Mingo, Montgomery, Logan, Minter, Simon and Reid. DBs will be young but they getting a lot of PT this year.

I also believe Ware and Ford will both go. Always heard Ford isn't to fond of school. Should be close to graduating being he is a redshirt JR

Big Sam is definitely gone. He said this would be his last year when he decided not to declare for last year's draft. Sam also said last week that he and Mingo would declare at the same time; therefore Mingo is definitely gone too.

I hope Reid stays as he needs to improve his coverage skills but he graduates in a month and a half and he already has a daughter that he needs to support.

Tharold would benefit greatly from staying another year with Corey Raymond and Chief but he's engaged and has a baby on the way. I hope he stays but the money might be too intriguing.

Yes. But would mean every one else is a year older. Mills, collins, martin, loston, eugene could all be better. Sandoplh, thomas would be there. we have a plethora of both way athletes coming in also. No reason to believe young guys couldnt step up. Im loving coach raymond rt now.

I just read something today he is unsure. we all know shite can change from now until its time and some of the guys we are just going to have to sweat it out with.

The athletes are there for sure, and looks like raymond is doing a good job with the young guns. we also have d raymond and holmes at db. Unreal speed from those 2.
