Lets face facts - Arkansas' DL ate us up. Without the TEs and FB

that allowed us to play physical earlier in the year, our OL has shown that it has a lot of trouble protecting and blocking in space. And Ole Miss has probably the second most athletic DL we'll face this year.
Part of the problem is that we have guards playing tackle.
Now, if we had our normal physical offense, I think we could wear the Ole Miss defense down and go straight at them, which is their weakness. But we can't run power nearly as well anymore.
I think we'll see a similar offensive output to the Arkansas game. More spread with a OL that can't protect and a QB that can't efficiently make the good decision quickly. When we do go I formation, Ole Miss will sell out a bit to stop Fournette. We won't be able to set the edge as well.
We'll need some turnovers(for scores directly or for field position that leads to an easy score) or special teams plays to score enough to win.
Does anyone else really see this going any different?

Not really. Sadly it will most likely be the same amount of confusion and never getting into a rhythm.

Why can't you just admit we're fuk'd?

So a walk on FB and a TE have made us fall this far. That's on coaching and not having any depth

If we fall apart like we have mainly because of injuries to a FB and TE, then we've got a much bigger coaching problem than I thought.

There are many teams who lose players and the team suffers.

If we were playoff ready those non division teams would not scored 20+ points on us.

Correct. Anyone who did not see this coming with the way the D played against Syracuse, W Kentucky and E Mich were not honest with themselves. Giving up multiple sustained drives to those squads is unacceptable.
