Utter nonsense. Apparently, Jefferson was poised and unconfused enough to suggest the winning play in the GA game. Once again, you are clueless as to the main problem on the offense...it is the OL. To bring up receivers is irrelevant. If the OL is bad, no QB is going to be able to get passes to the WRs. Poor post on your part

Guess you didn't look at the game stats other than the score did you? LSU offensively dominated the game in first downs, time of possession, total yards, trips in the red zone, etc. Bottom line is you don't seem to put much stock in facts do you?
I watched the game, Chief. LSU dominated the first half in time of possession and yardage, but only had a lead of 6-0 at halftime. The second half the offense didn't show up until the end of the game. Once again, don't just pick and choose overall stats, then generalize them in such a way to show LSU DOMINATED Georgia. I Don't Think So My Friend.

Have no idea who that is, but if that is the best you can come up with, guess you are pretty much out of ammo, huh? Now, all of a sudden I'm supposedly another poster. How pathetic is that!

You truly are delusional... Again what KOOLAID are you drinking?

I didn't say LSU dominated the scoreboard did I? So your giving of the score is irrelevant. Many times a team will dominate a game and still lose it. The bottom line is LSU DOMINATED the game offensively using TOP, FDs, total yardage, etc.
I don't care whether you admit that or not...it is irrelevant...it is a fact!

Why is it that last year Lee kept throwing interceptions and this year Jefferson keeps taking sacks? Why can't they change? I mean, even just a little bit. Show some progress instead of same old same. Both have looked as if they have no clue about what they are doing out there.

Sorry that the truth and facts offend you so much!

Lee simply never threw the ball away or wasnt willing to take a sack and in addition to not reading defenses, that causes his INTs. Many were late thrown over the middle...cardinal sin.
Jefferson gets sacked so much because the OL blocking is poor and his pocket presence isn't great yet. In other words, 70% of the sacks are the OL fault and 30% of the sacks IMO are his fault for holding on to the ball too long or running into the pass rusher.

I'm reminded of this from Churchill...

When it was remarked that Chamberlains efforts to persuade Clement Attlee to accept the Munich agreement was akin to a snake dominating a rabbit, Churchill responded with: "It's more like a rabbit dominating a lettuce!"

I also suppose that the more often the pocket breaks down, the more JJ will have happy feet.
I'd like to see some roll outs.

LSU will have to lose against Auburn in two weeks or win close with Defense to even see Lee brought back in.
You're stuck with Jefferson. LSU doesn't need a dynamic QB though. Just someone who can make a 20 yard read down the field to stretch the Defense.

Oh and by the way, sacks on 4th down are turnovers due to poor quarterbacking when he has 4 to 5 seconds to deliver a pass. I thought I'd slip that fact out there for you to chew on.

I've seen some rollouts by Jefferson. In fact in the very first game against Washington I went to see, Jefferson was rolling out some. This OL problem isn't new...it has been since the 1st game.

Sacks on 4th down are not counted as turnovers in stats. Oh, and BTW, throwing a pass that is INT and runned back for a TD IS a turnover and costs your team at least 6 points. Guess you didn't think about that, huh?

LSU really needs an OL that can block for the running backs and also pass protect the QB.

Actually it's called a turnover on downs.
And I think most would agree that throwing it up giving us the slightest chance to get the first is better than having zero chance.

Well if he does not play him at some point I will admit he is stupid.
