LSU is winning with Les Miles and people need to chill and just let the man do his job.
By the way, Dungy DID win at Indianapolis and I always believed that Tampa team would have won that season regardless Gruden or Dungy.
And that Raider team was a collection of old, talented and experienced players who were thrown together. Rich Gannon, Jerry Rice, Sam Adams, Trace Armstrong, Bill Romanowski, Charlie Garner, Tim Brown who had been on the team since the 80s, etc. That was not a team built from the draft like the Tampa team Dungy built.
