The winningest coach in LSU history and people on here are down voting the notion of putting a statue of him up. Y'all are embarrassing. At the very least he needs to have a sports building named after him.

It's a shame he could never just let the coordinators coordinate. Miles is a master recruiter. If he could have just hired on an OC to let him OC, he'd still be here and the school would have more titles.

We truly have some complete idiots on this board !- Les did not give LSU $5 Mil. When he gets another Head Coach job if it pays more the $1.5 M -Lsu would owe him nothing !! He actually screwed LSU and Aleva out of another $1.5 mil. No wonder we are last in the nation in intelligence !

One could make a case for Hal Hunter, he had a perfect record here in 1999, He was 1-0. Why not build a Mount Ruchmore instead of a statue, we could put Saban and Les on there, Dinardo for bringing back the magic! Bo Rein never lost a game at LSU!!

And that guy you call a moron, has a pretty damn impressive coaching resume during his time at LSU. He holds quite a few coaching records from his time at LSU.
But you go ahead and hate the man and continue to suck off a coach that up to this point in time, has never won more than 9 games in a single season.

Its Statue Time, Les is a class act no putting players and coaches under bus. He is the real deal, let's make this happen.
