John calls says "Coach I'm excited about the defense! Mustang formation is awesome, do it some more, fun to watch. Concerned about the offense, 97 yards passing I'm worried when we get to the meat of the SEC ana Bama loads the box and we start doing some screens and such? We got to much talent to rely on FGS"

Miles "I understand. We have screens and we threw a few in the last game. Occasionally we try and fool people. Our offense is coming, they're getting better. We're in the position to call the same offense we always have. In the last game there was a reason not to call the entire offense. We moved the football did what we were supposed to and control the game. When we line up with our best we'll have to throw it and run it and I promise we'll be prepared to do that. Let the offense come of age"

when we play our best opponents (like Saturday), we'll have to run AND throw it.

Pre-emptive Evil Twin:

Coach.......In 1859, before West Virgina even split from Virginia and became its own state, John Brown was captured at Harpers Ferry. He was hung by some good ole Southern boys. Coach, when those 'eers come into Death Valley on Saturday night, they are gonna feel like Saying "Well, I'll be John Brown!"

Cooooaaachh.....I have a question!

Jim says "uh" a lot

Facebook question

Mark "With more and more reports in the media with athletes getting in trouble what steps do you take in recruiting to determine the quality cahracter your looking for?"

Miles "We get to know the guy, get a feeling of their home life, understand him. Bring him to BR. It's difficult to find someone....What helps is we have a great group of young men who hold each other together. Those kind of guys affect everyone else. My best guess our guys do the right things most of the time. To me, thats really important. I'm thankful we're having no issues.
