Sounds like your opinion and pure conjecture.
How blind can you be?
How much more evidence do you need?
I don't have the energy to compile a master history today, but sheesh, have the last few years taught you anything ... anything? Holy crap, man.

Just ban them from the bars. Probably some drunk arse dude who picked a fight him and these players rather fight than look like a punk in front of everybody. Compete selfish behavior.

I think it's pretty obvious that players realize that Miles does the bare minimum necessary to put up a front for PR purposes, and if he had his druthers, would rather not punish them in any meaningful way at all.
But everyone said Les was a disciplinarian and kicked Tyrann off the football team because he failed 3 drug tests

Supposedly after one day of practice in the last month-and-a-half. One day.

Ok. Nothing can be done. Just kick him off the team. Other players will recognize, and become better people from it. Good idea guys.
Some teams have certain people on staff that follow and monitor players social media accounts. What is the difference. Not follow the guys around, but send texts or something to check on these guys to remind them of what and who they are. If they make mistakes they will suffer the consequences. Not a baby sitter, a mentor.

The players should have a 10PM curfew year round when not at games. Upon receipt of LOI, the athletic dept should implant devices used to track GPS and also measure BAC/THC levels.

What's so funny? How many drug test did Mathieu fail before he was suspended? He only only suspended him because of a University policy.
Miles kicked the best player in LSU History off the team knowing it would probably cost us a national championship in 2012 (and it did). I completely disregard any opinion that he was not a strict disciplinarian in this case.

Suspended from the team for several games for a misdemeanor = strict

It is pretty simple, his players clearly have no fear of being held accountable for their actions.
Miles can't help that. All he can do is keep suspending them and kicking them off the team.. which he has done the entire time he has been here. And no player was too big for Miles to kick off. We probably have 2 more national titles if RP and TM were never kicked off the team.

I think 2 curfew would be good. Tigerland is full of dumb drunks looking to fight when it gets out.

I'd take PP7, Dorsey, Minter, James, CJones and a bunch of people over him. Hes horrible in coverage and a bad influence for people to look up to. I have high hopes for White at nickel this year. Officially derailed.

Mathieu failed three drug test before he was suspended the first time (due to a University policy, not a decision made by Les Miles). He was finally kicked off the team for a year pursuant to a University policy -- not a decision of Les Miles. Ended up being permanent because he arrested again during the one year he was removed from the program by a University policy. Had it been up to Miles, he probably would not have missed any playing time.
Have ever even played organized sports? Players know what they can and can't get away with and generally (not all the time) keep their conduct within those parameters.
The fact that LSU has multiple off the field issues every year is a clear indication that the culture created by Miles (and his staff) communicates to these players that they can get away with kind of conduct, and quite frankly, the players have gotten away with it.

The reputation of the university which is largely propagated by the preformance of the football team, shouldn't be entrusted in the hands of 18 year old kids. Here should be a secret society, like the skulls, that protect the players from themselves. Peoe who drive players home when there drunk, and protect them, in public from themselves. It's a totally different enviornment than it was 15 years ago. Anything you do is household knowledge in five minutes. Everyone has a camera and the ability to destroy your reputation. The glass on the glass house has gotten too thin.
