I am sorry but LSU should NEVER be challenged by La Tech! They are nothing more than a pumped up D 1-AA team that had WALK-ONS at WR!!! Come on! With talent LSU has, even Old Miss should NOT challenge LSU!!! Really there is not much difference between Old Miss and La Tech...they had Billy Brewer as their HC, both wore awful baby blue and red uniforms until the 1990s, and both play in glorified d 1-AA stadiums and are located in small towns. Difference is Ruston has a Johnny's Pizza down from the school!!

The most media savvy coach in college football is Steve Spurrier. The Ole Ball Coach lays it on the line for every interview it seems like. He doesn't play politics. He doesn't try to intimidate the media and he doesn't throw his players/coaches under the bus unless they deserve it. I wish we had a modern version of him.
