It's not like RP had a felony conviction or charge coming.

I guess you don't know the whole story on RP. What was released evidently was just the proverbial tip of the iceberg.

Understatement of the year. I don't know how so many people still think he's the answer.

What in your feeble mentality makes you believe that Miles won't?

JJ's play in the a good portion of the 1st part of last season was a disappointment. I had expected better.

I thought he showed signs of coming around beginning with Bama and I thought he finished strong in the bowl game.

Now, whether or not he can build on the good and not refert back to the disappointment of the start of last year, I honestly don't know.

If Mett, JL, or anyone else takes over for JJ, its no skin off my nose. I just want LSU to win.

Huh? JJ didn't enter the game until Lee was injured.

And held it. Beating out Lee in Bowl practice and in the Spring.

Andrew Hatch. Or maybe not. He started.

That was a crazy season.

JJ was obviously not ready on day 1.

I would have to go with Hatch. He had a noodle arm, but he was really smart.

Not sure what the criteria was. The Hatch choice tells you something though about Miles. Hatch was a running threat and more experienced than Lee.

JJ will start.

Lee did have some back issues before the season started, so hatch got the reps and was the starter.

But yeah, you make a very valid point.

Very true. That being said, apparently we didn't want Darron Thomas.
