Remember when he promised a new offense all off season only to open up with a toss dive as the first play of the game vs wisky?

What did you expect? A flea flicker?
Oh My word, a HC ran the football on the 1st play in the 1st game of the season on the road. That obviously proves the nega-point about Miles without a doubt.

honestly, miles trying to get harris going against Wisky cost us the game.
harris was missing wildly on throws meant to get him in rhythm. he started the game 2/9 if I remember correctly.

say he will crash and burn. Unless you think winning 4 to 6 games a year will cash big checks you are crazy
There are a lot of very winnable games on a Big12 schedule. We'll see how long it takes to establish his "old man football" philosophy but we've always laughed at the Big12 for being soft. Les was infuriating but he ate soft teams.
And remember that Louisiana produces a lot more top DB talent than LSU can take. Led puts that Kansas hat on the table for a lot of kids that wouldn't have given them a second thought. And he's too old to linger on and on. I expect him to deliver a few years of moderate success and retire, leaving behind considerably better talent than he found and a culture of smash-mouth physical football. Great fit for KU.

I just can’t believe this thread went 3 pages without one ‘Wrong Board!!! Nazi’ chiming in.
