Anyone know the date of the interview?

Noticed he wasn't in a walking boot.

I just hope he is able to move around and use that leg at least a little behind the scenes to keep up his muscle strength/stamina

He had it off in one of the players snapchat the other day.

His segment has already been aired on SC twice today. Interview was pre flood and pre ankle.

Same shite as always. Talked about Heisman, his daughter, and Les.

Yes. Is that strange?

3 weeks is a long time. Muscles lose conditioning pretty fast.
As in how he'll feel 15 carries into the WI game vs if he was still working out at full speed.
As in how torn and sore his muscles will be after the game leading into the next week

Was wondering how bad the sprain and how much he's able to exercise and possibly jog around at practice.

It wasn't even a sprain, he basically rolled it, limped off and Les said "f*ck that" and put him in a boot. Leonard is ready to go, there is no reason to put him in a bad situation before the season.
Don't worry about his conditioning.

If that's the case and he's still doing non contact drills that's huge. Not sure if he is.

That article is completely irrelevant to my point by the way. He killed a summer conditioning test during a conditioning program. Sit him out for 3 entire weeks and make him run that test, completely different.

He's still the same athlete, but his muscles will fatigue faster and recover slower for the early stretch of the season if he hasn't been doing non contact drills.
This isn't madden where a player sits for a month and comes back with the exact same player ratings and durability at the snap of your fingers. It's real life

I saw it this morning. He and Matt Barrie walk around the stadium and talk about the run against Auburn, and the heisman pose. They then have a convo in the locker room about how much he means to NO/BR and also how his daughter changed his life. Been trying to get a clip today from Twitter but wasn't able to.

The interview was done before the Flooding and Sprained Ankle btw

He injured his ankle 3 weeks out from the first game.

The only reason I brought up the date was to find out if he was out of his walking boot.

What are you getting at here?

I saw a 2015 statistic yesterday that makes me understand that decision. He's half the offense.

Your issue is that you're classifying Leonard as just another person. Some individuals are simply built different. Leonard Fournette is in the same class of athlete as Todd Gurley and Adrian Peterson. He's not going to gain a bunch of weight and lose speed in 20 days. I know a GA and he told me Leonard is doing light cardio and watching a shite load of film.
