What kind of super-thug skips class? That flys in the face of the whole student-athlete concept.

The rules apply to everybody. If it had been Ware or Mingo no one would question Coach. If you violate rules there is a penalty to pay.

The Academic Center for Student Athletes in the Cox building has student workers check classes to make sure the athletes are attending them. If they are caught not attending without a good excuse or a medical excuse, I believe it is up to the advisor to tell Miles and then it's at his discretion.
Fwiw Lsu has the 2nd highest athlete graduation rate in the SEC; we are only lagging behind Vandy. So obviously it's an effective system & if anything it helps the athletes do better in school.
