Exactly, its called collectibility and the perp is not collectable so in an effort to collect money they go after the place of business.

And people want to know why this country is headed so badly in the wrong direction.

The company has a responsibility to the authorities to report such acts. Did krystal call the police about a sexual assault on their property. And since the complainant was incapacitated the buisness should have called emt or some emergency health responder.

How is it the place of business fault? i

This was the first thing I thought it should have been. How can anyone in that store not see the spectacle that was forming. Manager should have broken that up right away. If that happened to me Id be suing whoever I could. Just bc i pass out drunk doesn't mean you can rub your sack on my face

Didn't the incident actually occur outside the restaurant? I bet Krystal gets out pretty cheap.

Can a person have damages when he's too drunk to realize what happened?

So if a drunk chick would have been passed out in Krystal Burger and some dude would have put his dick in her mouth, would you still feel this way?

In the video it's pretty obvious he is at a table inside the restaurant.

Being drunk does not give someone permission to teabag. This really isn't hard to understand.

As far as Krystal goes, an employee was two feet from the teabagger when he had his junk pulled out, and did nothing. I'd be suing their arse off.

IMO I would pursue any and all means of retribution on teabagger. From my point of view, a life on the sex crimes list, that is passed out, and that you have to register for, everywhere you will ever live, and getting some monetary compensation is a hell of a lot of lagniappe. Ultimate revenge.

Well you're obviously not old enough to sue on your own behalf. Therefore your opinion is likely worth nothing.
