It's eye opening.
My thoughts are even if Steve doesn't solve all the problems. This is a damn good start to a foundation for the future.

How is that a solid foundation? His whole presser was well coached. Hoping that you don’t believe they never had an offensive staff meeting. Take it back to the binder buddy. Steve is great and it’s not his fault for being put in this spot

Why would he lie about the staff meetings. The guy has given 0 reason not to believe him. So until he does, I will.

Steve inferred they haven't had offensive staff meetings since he's been here. Said he isn't just going to implement his system, he is going to consult his staff, take suggestions, and go about it that way. I think that at the very least that fixes some problems even if he isn't the savior we are looking for. (And need)
