How you figure DBU is a cakewalk ?
Maybe not a cakewalk, but just for some prospective lets take a look at their resume.
Q1: 4-4 The fewest games played against Q1 opponents in the top 50 except for UTRGV (8 games, who they lost heads up to), Northeastern, ETSU, Creighton, and WKU (8 games, who they lost a series to).
Wins: OU x2- midweek, UTSA x2, Oklahoma St, @ TCU
Losses: LSU (neutral), UTRGV (neutral), vs TCU, series loss vs WKU, @Oklahoma st
They only played 8 home games between Q2 and Q3
They played 50% of their 8 Q1 games at home. LSU on the other hand played 39% of their 23 Q1 games at home.
They stacked up a bunch of road wins against Q2/Q3 opponents and sprinkled in a couple Q1 road wins which drives their RPI up. Just like Oregon St. playing a shite ton of road games as an independent just to drive up that RPI.

LSU’s RPI is now 9.

Yep, and yet they have moved LSU up 2 seeds with their RPI dropping and not having played a game.
