Scott is proven to be very good and i like Murphy. I can see Scott and WIlliams splitting carries as they are two totally different styles but I certainly don't think Murphy is good enough to take Keiland's carries away because he runs his sprints harder in practice or whatever. And now we add Hester Jr. Ridley to the mix, Keiland would probably do well to transfer.

easy there mr superantard

today is August 13, 2008 - if he gets 6 carries in the 2nd Qtr againt App State and then doesnt play again until the 4th Qtr at Auburn then you can make that kind of statement

i dont think it is is cause he runs sprints harder

coaches can obvioulsy tell how good of a player is from practice though. Through other things, like scrimmages and such

Hester Jr? Not bad Maximus. Porter was asked about Ridley around the spring game and ask to compare the two. He said like Hester minus 0.2 in the forty. KW will come back and shine. Give it time. He's too good. But not as great as alot of these ranters think.

let me find that quote about you from the other day

Les, weren't you on the experience wagon as to why Hester deserved way too many carries last year? Now experience is trumped by practice hustle and spring games?

so if the other 2 backs show up in great shape and are outperforming KW the past few months KW should still get the majority of the reps? I'm sure that would send a great message

It wasnt all about experience. It was more about doing the little things right, at practice and in the games, as well as performing in the games.

He was def our best option last year, looking back.

If CS and RM are outperforming KW, then they should play. The coaches see them everyday. They know what is up.

surely not worse than keeping RP on the team 25 times when others were getting kicked off left and right for one offense

They see the punt returners every day and haven't figured that one out yet in 3 years.

same reason he tried to call a timeout after an interception in 2005

I beg to differ. They figured something out with back to back BCS bowl victories and a National Title. Let them do their jobs and either support thier decisions or jump off the bus.

so they're perfect now and above criticism because we've only lost 4 games in the last two years? Go march back to walk-ons to get Pat Henry to come back.

theres always room for improvement. If we could've ran the ball more effectively in say the 2nd half versus UK for example we probably don't lose.

bilj, did that not happen? I think its reasonable to recall memories such as those. If Mark Richt did that would you just brush it off?
